Refunds & Returns Policy

Grow Your Driving School provides digital services, digital products and subscription-based marketing packages. Because of the nature of our services, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Monthly marketing packages
All monthly packages are provided on a rolling monthly basis and involve scheduled work, planning and resource allocation.
Once a monthly payment has been made and work has begun, that month is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your monthly package, you must provide at least one full calendar month’s notice.
For example, if your billing date is the 1st of the month and you request cancellation on the 15th, your service will continue until the end of that current billing period, and the next month will not be billed.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
2. Digital marketing guide
Our marketing guide is supplied as a digital download only.
Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
Once the guide has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked or verified as unused.
This policy is standard practice for digital information products.
3. Domain name purchases
If you purchase a domain through Grow Your Driving School, the domain is registered on your behalf and paid for in advance for a fixed multi-year registration period.
Once a domain has been registered, it becomes a live digital asset and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, you remain the owner of your domain.
You may request a transfer of your domain to another provider or hosting company at any time, subject to standard domain transfer rules.
4. Website and package builds (Red, Amber and Green packages)
Our Red, Amber and Green packages include professional digital services and custom work.
Because time, planning and development resources are allocated to your project once work begins, refunds are limited.
Website work
A partial refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase only where:
- development work has not yet substantially started, and
- no website design or build has been delivered or approved.
If design, build or configuration work has already started, we reserve the right to deduct the value of work completed from any refund issued.
After 14 days, or once your website has been delivered or approved, no refunds are available.
Marketing services included within packages
Any marketing work, setup, content creation or account configuration carried out as part of a package is non-refundable once started.
5. One-off services and setup work
All one-off digital services, setup work and consultancy are non-refundable once work has begun.
6. Access and client responsibilities
To deliver your services, temporary access to relevant platforms and the timely provision of content or information may be required.
Delays caused by missing access, missing information or delayed client responses do not entitle a customer to a refund.
7. Dissatisfaction and service issues
If you are unhappy with your service, we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to resolve issues by:
- correcting errors,
- revising content where agreed, or
- continuing the service in line with your package terms.
Refunds are not provided as a substitute for revision or support where the service has been delivered as agreed.
8. How to request a cancellation or refund
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact page or email or WhatsApp chat.
Please include:
- your full name,
- Your name and driving school name, and
- the service purchased.
9. Policy updates
Grow Your Driving School reserves the right to update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
